Sonia sings from her heart to your soul ... at the Caribbean Breeze, every Friday,  7 pm until closing.

Secondly, she can deliver the quality that rivals the original artists.

A Date with a Dish at the Caribbean Breeze

A "Date with a Dish" begins with oven roasted beef, bathed in barbecue sauce, surrounded by a circle of zucchini.

Ignazio Mulei, Managing Partner at the Caribbean Breeze Latin Grill, prepared a special new entrée. He invited his guest to taste the results.

It looks good and there is plenty to share.

A Special Menu was created for the Fund Raiser For Gateway Shelter For Batter Women.

Nothing like a flaming dessert, to warm the soul, on a cold winter's night.

Everyone enjoyed a sizzling good time at the Caribbean Breeze Restaurant. Can't believe it was a Wednesday night. It seemed more like a Saturday Night. The evening was filled with live music and fine food. A special flaming dessert, as was served at a nearby at the table. Guests at the table clapped after the dessert was prepared. They were giddy with excitement. Overall, Dining became more of an event to behold rather than a fast-meal, to-go. Music was an added bonus during the middle of the week, Wednesday evening. Sonia sang and brought a bit of Hollywood style to Aurora, Colorado.  Sonia will be preforming your favorite love songs, every Tuesday, from 7 pm. until close.
